Booking and payment

A consultation is confirmed after the scope, appointment time and payment arrangements are agreed with you. Ask for the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before paying. Premium preparation sessions, delivery dates and follow-up support are agreed in writing before confirmation. No payment is collected on this website.

Nature of the service

Consultations are based on practical experience and general information. You remain responsible for confirming official requirements with the relevant authorities, universities, employers or qualified professionals. No visa, admission, employment or government decision is guaranteed.
